After the results are in for the first 3 workouts, the TOP 5 Open Teams and Top 5 Masters Teams will move on to a final, winner-takes-all workout.

But, we will not discount your results for the day.  All teams will do the same workout, but all may not start at the same time.

We’ll announce the final workout on Game Day.

WORKOUT #3 – THE FLOATER!

WORKOUT #3:  THE AIRDYNE FLOATER

Some time during the day, before the completion of the last heat of Workout #2, ALL teams must complete the Floater Workout:

4 Minute Team Airdyne Calorie Count

  • 1 min Airdyne – Men
  • 1 min Airdyne – Women
  • 1 min Airdyne – Men
  • 1 min Airdyne – Women

Approximately 5 yard sprint to tag partner between each round

Team must use the SAME Airdyne.  Both athletes begin approximately 5 yards behind a line.  When the clock starts, the man sprints to the Airdyne and works for the remainder of the minute.  At the end of the minute, he gets off the bike and returns behind the line.  The woman then sprints to the same Airdyne and works for the remainder of the next minute.  Repeat.
Score:  Total calories recorded. (Maximum possible 100 Points)
